To support a positive workforce experience by activating learning solutions and programmes conducted internally and by external providers. This includes providing feedback to allow the Learning Centre of Excellence (CoE) to proactively manage and engage employees within a transformed environment. The role also involves analyzing and integrating data, submitting reports to support workforce insights, and helping business and CoE leaders shape decisions aligned with a digitally driven CoE strategy and philosophy.
Minimum qualifications include a degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science, Social Science, or Commerce.
