The Supervisor/Foreman is responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and financial performance of a set of drilling projects.   1. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to create a safe working environment.
  2. Enhance team performance and productivity through visible Felt leadership on site
  3. Ensure optimal utilisation and coordination of machinery and materials
  4. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and frequent reporting to site management to build strong relationships.
  5. Take responsibility for machine and equipment performance, maintenance and records Monitor drilling progress and performance
