To evaluate, manage, and approve complex credit risk within the area of responsibility by providing advice, recommendations, and support to internal stakeholders through the implementation of group credit mandates, risk frameworks, and methodologies.

To provide coaching and mentoring to relevant internal (Business Judgemental Credit Manager I) and external teams (Relationship Managers).

1. Conduct complex and quality credit assessments and risk analysis on potential and existing clients to enhance the decision-making process involved in determining the Bank's appetite to extend credit to these clients.
2. Drive customer service delivery goal achievement in line with predefined standards and in support of operational objectives.
3. Adhere to First Rand's Risk Management System credit requirements.
4. Manage credit risk at origination on an ongoing basis.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Finance with years' experience in Credit.
• Experience with individual credit mandate.
• Asset Based Finance / Dealer Funding / floorplans credit experience.
