Job summary

A local food service provider in Durban seeks a diligent individual to manage packing and plating orders accurately and efficiently. You'll be responsible for ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills along with a National Senior Certificate and a year’s experience in a similar role. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience as a Co-Ordinator.
• Ability to pack and plate orders accurately.
• Must maintain food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack and plate orders correctly as per standards.
• Ensure speed of service is maintained.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of front-of-house.

Purpose

Ensure all orders are packed and plated correctly as per order and that customers receive their orders on time as per our Standard Operating Procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Able to pack and plate orders correctly


• Maintain speed of service


• Great Customer Service


• Maintain FOH stock according to Co-Ordinator SOP


• Maintain food safety standards according to SOP


• Maintain FOH Hygiene and Cleanliness standards according to Co-Ordinator SOP


• Accuracy of orders packed for internal/external delivery services

Requirements

• National Senior Certificate (preferred)


• Well-developed Literacy skills


• Well-developed Numeracy skills


• One year’s experience as a Co-Ordinator
