Objectives:

1. Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care, including accurate and safe dispensing, generic substitution, and professional advice, in accordance with Clicks' policies, good pharmacy practice, and SAPC regulations.
2. Manage all operational activities of the dispensary, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
3. Maintain operational viability through sound financial management, focusing on core targets, managing expenses, and taking proactive measures.
4. Lead, develop, and motivate employees, including learners and interns, to build capacity and meet business needs.
5. Schedule staff appropriately, ensuring full and proper staffing, and maintain accurate employee records.
6. Enhance customer service initiatives to improve customer experience, loyalty, and club card participation.
7. Collaborate with the clinic and healthcare aisle to offer comprehensive healthcare services to customers.
8. Support the company's vision and values, promoting a high-performing, customer-focused, and profitable business culture.

• Minimum 2 years' post-community service experience
• At least 1 year of People Management experience
• Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC
