Deli, a leading supplier in the stationery and office products industry, is looking for a dynamic and driven National Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Midrand, Johannesburg.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and overseeing a team of sales representatives.

The role includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure revenue objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly and yearly targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing key clients.
  • Oversee sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalisation.
  • Track sales results, market movements, and competitor activities.
  • Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
  • Compile and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to support sales growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve set objectives.
Requirements
