Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow workshop technicians
• Maintain the workshop productivity standards and the workshop throughout
• Set clear objectives and visions well in advance
• Ensure high-quality customer service is met
• Communicate with staff, parts department, and other departments effectively
• Encourage and motivate staff and professional development
• Implement and monitor compliance with policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Trade Test Certificate (Motor Mechanic)
• Masters Certificate / Diagnostic Certificate would be beneficial
• Valid Drivers License
