We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring outstanding customer service, managing a team of 5 employees, and optimizing operational efficiency. This physically active role also involves implementing company policies, maximizing profitability, and fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a retail sales role, overseeing a team.

Financial acumen and experience in sales reporting and budgeting.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with retail management systems (e.g., POS).

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
