Remote SA Payroll & BBBEE Senior Analyst
Job summary
An innovative fintech company is seeking a Senior Payroll & BEE Analyst to manage payroll operations for its South African entities. You will ensure compliance with South African payroll legislation, reconcile payroll data, and lead BBBEE administrative processes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in payroll administration and strong knowledge of BBBEE regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

- 5-6 years of payroll administration experience focused on South African systems.
- 3 years of BBBEE administration experience.
- Experience with financial analysis and headcount planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing across South African entities.
- Prepare and submit EMP201 and EMP501 returns.
- Collect and maintain BBBEE evidence packs.
