J ob summary :

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources organizational development and change management. As a Manager in People Consulting you will lead a team of consultants to deliver innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance drive employee engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies that align with their business objectives.

Key responsibilities include project management client relationship management and providing thought leadership in the areas of talent management leadership development and workforce planning.

Duties and responsibilities :
Client Engagement

Collaborate with global and local clients to understand their business strategies and identify people-related challenges.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Human Capital Strategy

Shape and deliver business strategies that depend on human capital.

Provide expert advice on the Human Capital value chain including Total Reward Organisation Design Change Management Talent Management HR Technology Learning and Development and Transactions.

Project Management

Lead and manage multiple engagements ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Thought Leadership

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in human capital management.

Contribute to EYs thought leadership by publishing articles whitepapers and presenting at conferences.

Team Leadership

Mentor and develop junior team members providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.

Prepare proposals and presentations to win new engagements.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure all consulting activities comply with Eys policies and regulatory requirements.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with human capital projects.

You will be a key resource on business transformation this role you should be able to deliver quality client service analyse complex problems and deliver insightful solutions while also managing resources to deliver on the project objectives. You will also be expected to have advanced written and verbal communication skills excellent attention to detail be able to engage in critical thinking take initiative and be able to quickly integrate into new teams and rapidly establish relationships both internally and externally.

Tertiary Requirements
  • Completed B. Degree previous Consulting experience and / or experience in large-scale projects
  • At least 7 to 10 years experience in our core competency areas across the Human Capital value chain (Organisation Design Total Reward Change Management Talent Management HR Technology Learning and Transactions)
  • Manager Experience 10 years
  • Senior Manager experience 15 years plus years experience
  • AM experience 3-5 years
