Title : PS Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and financial services with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership communication and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

• Lead and manage multiple projects within the banking and financial services sector.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope objectives timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status progress and any changes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct project evaluations and assess results to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree preferably in Computer Science Finance or a related field. A Masters degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking operations regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
