A leading facilities management company seeks an experienced manager to oversee client sites in the Durban region. The role involves managing operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a Matric certification, a diploma in operations management, and 2-3 years of multi-site management experience. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are required.

Job description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and support client sites within the Durban and surrounding region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary operational contact.
- Provide guidance and support to site managers and teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular health and safety audits to maintain compliance with Eatfresh/Tsebo standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate operational reports to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure adherence to Eatfresh/Tsebo brand standards and contractual obligations.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to adapt and respond positively to change and pressure.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Operational reporting and basic financial acumen.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Matric (Grade 12).
