Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Gauteng seeks a Plant Operator responsible for assisting in the operation of the HEF/INNOVEX processing plant. The role requires at least 1 year's experience, preferably in an explosives environment. Candidates must have a Grade 12 certificate and demonstrate a strong knowledge of production processes. Attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential. The position involves preparing products, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining productivity.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s demonstrated experience as a Plant operator.
• 1 year’s demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven working experience in an Explosives environment (Advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Prepare product required for Emulsion production.
• Load Emulsions in tankers.
• Manufacture EGA at Losberg Innovex plant.
• Material productivity.
• Adherence to sound SHEQ principles.
• Ensure product availability and compliance to minimum quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to test procedures relating to acceptance, processing, and releasing of goods.
