A global hospitality firm in Cape Town is seeking a Head of Architecture to lead the architectural vision for international projects. You will manage an in-house team, partner with external studios, and oversee all phases of design execution. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Architecture and extensive experience in luxury hospitality projects. This role offers competitive compensation, international travel, and the potential for an indefinite employment contract.

As theHead of Architectureatventoré, you’ll own the architectural vision for ventoré's global projects, leading design strategy, overseeing execution and ensuring each asset delivers on our brand's design-forward standards.
This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technical execution and strategic leadership shaping how ventoré’s brand comes to life.
This role is an in-office position located in Cape Town, South Africa and includes regular international travel to development sites. The appointment will initially be made on an independent contractor basis with a planned transition to an indefinite employment contract.
