We’re an international staffing agency specializing in marketers and sales reps, and we’re looking for someone who can talk through hiring strategy with our clients.

This is an internal position working directly for us. It’s a very fast‑paced role, and you’ll work alongside a super‑sharp team.

You’ll be talking, strategizing, and charming—no marketing duties of your own.

Responsibilities

• Show up to meetings.
• Make people fall in love with you.
• Get them to sign engagement letters.
• Work closely with our Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, and CEO to figure out process changes.
• Talk through strategies with clients.
• Debate with clients on the correct hiring decisions and win those debates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years as an Account Executive or Account Manager.
• In‑depth marketing knowledge (Shopify, HubSpot, Google Ads, e‑commerce, SEO).
• Exceptional communication skills to convey ideas, address client needs, and close deals.
• Willingness to work in line with US East Coast hours (9 am–6 pm EST).
• Proficiency with Google Sheets (basic formulas).
• Ability to speak quickly and keep up in a fast‑moving team.
