• Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher qualification.

• Retrieving qualified leads from internal channels, contacting existing or new customers to generate sales, and sourcing new leads through external contacts.
• Contacting prospective clients, selling banking products, and achieving sales targets.
• Managing the end-to-end client management process, including engagement, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating applications, preparing proposals, managing dependencies, closing deals, and handling post-sales queries.
• Analyzing competitor information, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Tracking and influencing sales activities to meet sales targets in line with quality and productivity standards.
• Managing personal development to increase competencies.
