Job summary

A leading financial institution in Northern Cape, De Aar, is seeking a motivated individual to handle cash-related matters and ensure an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate must have at least NQF Level 5 and 1-2 years of branch banking experience. Effective understanding of legal cash handling and knowledge of branch functions is essential. This full-time position requires strong sales experience and key competencies in banking processes and customer understanding.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Branch banking experience understanding the banks laid-down policies and procedures related to telling / frontline support, bulk cash and ATMs.
• Familiar with the legal aspects regarding cash handling.
• Knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch.

Responsibilities

• Attend to any cash related matter including walk-in customers and ATMs.
• Form an accurate assessment and understanding of client demand.
• Act on client demand to deliver a consistent client experience.

To attend to any cash related matter (e.g. walk-in customers ATMs) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.
