Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a professional and motivated individual for the role of Information and Liaison Officer in Pretoria East. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming telephone enquiries and provide telephonic advice on the Consumer Protection Act.
- Update and maintain the complaints management system.
- Follow up on current cases from complainants and industry participants.

- Must have completed Grade 12.
- Must be fully proficient in English and speak at least one additional South African language.
- Must have at least 2–3 years of call centre experience.
- Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the South African Automotive Industry Code of Conduct will be advantageous.
- Must have the ability to effectively work under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy is needed.
