A leading transportation solutions company in Johannesburg is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. You will support the sales department by managing demand planning, vehicle orders, and inventory while ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has a commercial degree and 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring smooth operations to enhance sales efficiency. The main purpose of the position is to support the sales department by ensuring smooth operations to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness. Responsible for overseeing the administration of all demand planning, vehicle orders, inventory, sales forecast, order book management, invoicing and incentive management to ensure the sales pipeline process is effectively managed and controlled in line with the company’s agreed targets. The department must be compliant with authorization rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures. The role is based at Volvo Group Southern Africa Pty headquarters and reports directly to the Sales and Logistics Manager or a suitable position.
