Minimum Requirements
  • Matric
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software and Payroll Systems (Pastel)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • 2+ Years experience in Accounting and Payroll (Payroll processing, tax compliance and benefit administration)
  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, automotive industry would be beneficial
  • Own reliable vehicle is essential
Duties will include but are not limited to
  • Process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax returns
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance team to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, law and regulations
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage and reconcile petty cash fund
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of petty cash transactions
  • Process and record small transactions, including expenses and reimbursements
  • Process and prepare sundry creditor payments in a timely and accurate manner
