Job summary
A premier hospitality recruitment firm seeks an experienced professional to manage reservations and guest support in a luxury lodge setting. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star environment and be proficient in managing bookings through various channels. Additional language skills in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian are advantageous. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years’ experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel environment.
- Proven experience working with OTAs and reservations support functions.
- Strong understanding of luxury lodge operations and guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage accommodation and spa reservations via phone, email, and OTA platforms.
- Coordinate guest itineraries, activities, and special requests.
- Provide concierge-style guest support.

- Liaise with on-site operations teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Deliver consistent, high-level guest service in line with brand standards
- 5–8 years’ experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel environment (essential)
- Proven experience working with OTAs and reservations support functions
- Nebula reservation system experience (highly advantageous)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of luxury lodge operations and guest expectations
- Excellent computer literacy and confidence using booking systems
- Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality, tourism, and conservation
- Between 5 - 7 Years
