Job summary

A premier hospitality recruitment firm seeks an experienced professional to manage reservations and guest support in a luxury lodge setting. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star environment and be proficient in managing bookings through various channels. Additional language skills in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian are advantageous. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accommodation and spa reservations via phone, email, and OTA platforms
  • Maintain accurate rates, availability, and content across online booking channels
  • Coordinate guest itineraries, activities, and special requests
  • Provide concierge-style guest support, including transport arrangements and recommendations
  • Process bookings, confirmations, and payments with attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate reservation, revenue, and guest records
  • Liaise with on-site operations teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
  • Deliver consistent, high-level guest service in line with brand standards
Minimum Requirements
  • 5–8 years’ experience within a 4- or 5-star lodge or hotel environment (essential)
  • Proven experience working with OTAs and reservations support functions
  • Nebula reservation system experience (highly advantageous)
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Russian (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of luxury lodge operations and guest expectations
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence using booking systems
  • Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for hospitality, tourism, and conservation
