Job summary

A leading foreign exchange intermediary in Cape Town seeks an experienced individual for an administrative and client support role. The candidate will manage CRM processes and partner onboarding while exceeding client expectations. A Matric is required, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services. Excellent interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented work ethic are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years experience in an administrative or client support role, ideally within financial services.
  • Experience in partner or relationship management is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange or cross-border payments will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage process flow on the CRM system.
  • Oversee onboarding of partners ensuring compliance.
  • Handle partner and client queries effectively.
  • Keep CRM information up to date.
  • Plan partner events and maintain the Events Calendar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process flow management on the CRM system.
  • Onboarding of partners ensuring compliance requirements are met.
  • Managing Partner agreements.
  • Handle partner/agent and client queries (full understanding of client processes).
  • Constant upkeep of the CRM to ensure information is always up to date.
  • Partner event planning.
  • Assist in keeping the Events Calendar up to date for the Business Consultant team.

Qualifications & Experience
