Administration Clerk à Afrique du Sud

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Debtors Clerk to join their finance team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, reconciling customer accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and allocate customer payments accurately
• Follow up on outstanding debtors and maintain regular communication with clients
• Reconcile debtor accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare monthly statements and aging reports
• Assist with month-end reporting and audit requirements

Requirements:

• Matric with a Finance or Accounting-related qualification preferred
• Min 2 years experience in a Debtors or Accounts Receivable role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
