Job summary
A technical solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer to support and enhance 3D printers and lab instruments. Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and commission 3D printers and laboratory instruments.
- Provide technical support and hands-on training to users.
- Promote value-added services such as maintenance contracts and training.

- Bring technology to life by installing, calibrating, and commissioning 3D printers and laboratory instruments.
- Keep systems running at their best through smart troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Empower users with on‑site and remote technical support, including hands‑on training.
- Document your work with clear reports and share recommendations that make a real difference.
- Go beyond “fixing” by promoting value‑added services: maintenance contracts, consumables, training, and upgrades.
- Spot opportunities during service visits and convert them into sales wins.
- Build strong, trust‑based customer relationships that bring repeat business.
- Partner with the commercial team to expand the service sales pipeline and hit new growth milestones.
