Job summary

An international energy company in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to execute business plans and manage a portfolio of accounts for sustainable profitability in lubricant oils. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in the oil industry, with at least 5 years in sales and marketing. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential for communication with clients and headquarters. This role involves frequent travel to various countries for business. Qualifications

  • More than 8 years’ experience in the Oil industry.
  • At least 5 years in sales and marketing of lubricant oil or chemical materials.
  • Technical knowledge of lubricant oil products and adaptation machines.
  • Ability to communicate in fluent Japanese required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute business plans and manage accounts for profitability.
  • Negotiate and implement sales contracts.
  • Develop sales strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction through value-added services.
  • Manage inquiries, disputes, claims, and complaints.
  • Liaise with Headquarters in Japan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
