Job summary
A luxury products company is seeking a Head of Sales for Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of proven sales experience in luxury fragrances and cosmetics. Responsibilities include establishing and expanding the retail business in Indonesia, supervising the sales team, and enhancing the client shopping experience. Candidates must be professional, possess negotiation skills, and have a strong network in Indonesia. A diploma or degree is required and fluency in English and Malay is essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in luxury fragrances and cosmetics.
- Proven track record in sales within emerging markets.
- Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Set up and expand retail business in Indonesia.
- Supervise and guide the sales team for quality service.
- Enhance client shopping experience in sales outlets.
Skills
Education
Due to expansion, we are now seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Head of Sales: Indonesia at Prestige Products Distribution Pte Ltd.
- He/she shall have a proven track record in sales and experience in the establishment of luxury products business in emerging markets.
- He/she shall be tasked with the primary responsibility of setting up and expand our retail business in Indonesia.
- He/she is expected to understand the luxury fragrance and cosmetics trade and shall work closely with HQ and our Iocal team to strategise and increase sales and profitability.
- To supervise, motivate, train and guide the sales team to deliver quality services and meet their financial targets.
- To keep sales outlets, counters and boutiques in excellent conditions such that it enhances client shopping experience that shall lead to stronger brand loyalty and higher sales.
- Possess an extensive network of contact in Indonesia.
- Professional looking with good negotiation skills.
- Diploma or University Degree from a recognised university.
- Proven track record in sales with at least 15 years of experiences in luxury fragrances and cosmetics.
- Can speak, read and write English and Malay.
- Ability to travel in short notice and can be based in Indonesia.
