Job summary

A luxury hospitality company in Singapore seeks a Leisure & MICE Sales Manager to drive revenue from leisure and MICE segments. This role focuses on building strong relationships with travel advisors and corporate clients, conducting key sales activities, and ensuring alignment of sales strategies with business goals. Ideal candidates should demonstrate effective sales skills and experience in managing high-value partnerships, ensuring significant revenue growth and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, negotiate, and convert luxury leisure business from key markets.
  • Develop strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, consortia.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, roadshows, and attend international trade shows.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create targeted action plans to increase leisure revenue.
  • Drive group bookings, conferences, meetings, and incentive travel from corporate, agency, and event clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with PCOs, MICE agencies, DMCs, and regional corporations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFPs, and site presentations for high-end events and programs.
  • Coordinate with Events and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with top-producing leisure accounts and provide tailored support and updates.
  • Host familiarisation (FAM) trips and site inspections to showcase the property to key partners.
  • Maintain accurate account profiles, sales activities, and production reports in CRM (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to optimise leisure pricing strategies and packages.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and travel forecasts to refine sales approach.
  • Support development and execution of seasonal and tactical campaigns targeted at the luxury leisure segment.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Front Office, and Reservations to ensure guest preferences and expectations are met.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all sales communication.
Job description

The Leisure & MICE Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue from both the luxury leisure and MICE segments. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia, corporate planners, and event agencies. This position works closely with the Director of Sales & Partnerships to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business goals, delivering revenue growth, brand visibility, and high-value partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
