THE OPPORTUNITY

Hypeworkz is a Singapore-based technology firm democratizing Artificial Intelligence. Our platform,AI-CTO.com, helps SMEs adopt digital transformation without hiring expensive tech teams.

We are looking for anSME Partnership & Growth Specialistwho is hungry to make an impact. This is not a standard corporate role where you are just a number. You will work directly with the technical founders to build our user base from scratch.

YOUR MISSION: USER VOLUME

We are in the Seed Stage. Your singular goal is User Acquisition. You aren't chasing revenue yet; you are chasing signups and market awareness.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Business Development (60%):Execute high-volume outreach to SME owners via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking. Secure bulk-signup partnerships with trade associations and communities.

  • Marketing Strategy (40%):Design the "Go-To-Market" plan. Decide where we play (Socials, Events, Partnerships) and how we win.

  • Community Building:Be the face of AI-CTO at tech events and SME networking sessions.

  • Feedback Loop:You are the voice of the market. You tell the tech team what features will drive the next 1,000 signups.
