The Role

We are seeking a driven and independent Sales Manager to spearhead our field sales efforts. You will be the face of our company, responsible for growing our islandwide customer base, generating revenue, and ensuring exceptional service to our existing phone shop partners. This is a hands‑on, results‑oriented role for a self‑starter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, acquire, and manage accounts with phone shops across Singapore. Achieve and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with shop owners and managers. Be their primary point of contact.
  • Islandwide Travel: Visit customers daily at their locations islandwide to present new products, take orders, and provide support.
  • Operational Support: Provide full‑cycle support, which includes assisting the warehouse with picking and packing stock when necessary to ensure timely customer delivery.
  • Logistics & Delivery
    • Must be prepared to drive the company van for stock deliveries to customers as required.
    • No transport allowance is provided; this is considered an integral part of the sales and service role.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, order updates, and issues. This requires being responsive even during off‑days and public holidays.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in field sales, preferably in FMCG, electronics, or wholesale distribution.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore Driving Licence. Experience driving a van is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile phone/accessory retail landscape in Singapore is a significant advantage.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform warehouse duties when needed.
  • Must be comfortable with a 6‑day work week and long, irregular hours.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Commission Structure: A high‑yield commission scheme with uncapped earning potential.
  • Commission Threshold: Commission is activated and paid only when monthly sales revenue exceeds SGD 300,000. Below this threshold, remuneration will be a basic retainer (to be discussed during interview).
  • Vehicle Use: A company van will be provided for business use (sales calls and deliveries).
  • Career Growth: Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the team expands.

  • This role operates on a 6‑day work week.
  • Working hours are long and can be irregular, requiring flexibility.
  • Responding to urgent customer inquiries outside of formal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, is expected.

  • No transport allowance is provided. The company van is the provision for all business‑related travel.
