Job summary
A well-known trade union organization in Singapore is seeking a strategic leader to take ownership of membership projects from acquisition to retention. You will drive innovative campaigns, ensure alignment with youth culture, and build strong partnerships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in engagement programs and is comfortable leading teams while analyzing data to enhance strategies. This role may require flexibility in supporting events during evenings or weekends.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in membership, loyalty, or engagement programmes.
- Strong grasp of youth culture, digital trends, and community dynamics.
- Capable of making sound decisions and leading initiatives autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end membership projects.
- Independently lead high-impact projects and guide Senior Executives.
- Drive lead generation and conversion through innovative partnerships.
- Conceptualize and deliver youth-centric engagement campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.
