Job Description
  • Solve technical problems pertaining to fieldwork.

  • Carry out daily site supervision, coordination, and quality assurance of all trade implementations on-site.

  • Patrol the site. Check, record, and verify the attendance of workers.

  • Handle and monitor the performance and leave matters of workers.

  • Manage the procurement of all site resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, materials, and machinery.

  • Schedule manpower, materials, and equipment on-site, carry out material and equipment receiving and inspection, and maintain records. All delivery orders must be returned to the office for record-keeping.

  • Monitor and control unsafe materials on-site to avoid unnecessary wastage or incorrect usage.

  • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method statements, the master program, and consultants' site instructions.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by engineers.

Requirement
  • At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, marine or building construction industry

  • Possess national certificate in construction supervision (NCCS)

  • Minimum diploma in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, building service, building management etc or equivalent.

  • Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Able to start work immediately
