Job description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will strengthen and expand Mint’s market position in Singapore. This is a relationship-driven role that requires initiative, follow-through, and a hands-on approach to building trust and identifying new project opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key consultants and project managers.
  • Increase Mint’s visibility among management and delivery teams within major consulting organisations.
  • Track project pipelines through consultancy firms, ensuring Mint is considered early in the design/tender process.
  • Maintain awareness of all upcoming fit-out, refurbishment, and data centre opportunities in Singapore.
  • Support ongoing tenders by ensuring Mint is pre-qualified or recommended for fit-out, commercial and data-centre projects.
  • Attend industry networking events, seminars and trade forums to enhance brand presence.
  • Coordinate with internal estimating and project teams to share consultant insights and project intelligence.
Expectations
  • Represent Mint with professionalism, integrity, and consistency across all engagements.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and introductions in CRM.
  • Provide constructive feedback from the market to improve Mint’s proposal quality and competitiveness.
  • Balance ambition with delivery reality, ensuring that growth in relationships aligns with project-execution capability.
