Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to coordinate site work for residential projects. The candidate should possess a diploma in Civil Engineering and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing site safety, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with construction quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential building projects.
- Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Project Manager for site work arrangements.
- Coordinate and oversee Structural / Architectural works.
- Liaison with client’s representatives for execution of work.
Skills
Education
- Report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arrangement of site work
- Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site
- Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site
- Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
- Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
- Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
- Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field
- Min 3 years of working experience in residential building projects
- Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
