Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Help develop and implement strategies to boost store sales and profitability.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the Boutique Manager.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships between the brand and customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support events, activities, and visual merchandising changes.
• Assist with inventory management, housekeeping, and other tasks.
