Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in F&B industry.
Responsibilities
- To be well-informed in administrative matters of tenants.
- Conduct daily sales and audit checks.
- Provide on-job training and plan duty rosters.
- Ensure the respective outlets adhere to the hygiene SOP.
- Ensure outlet maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory stocks check.
- To take note of customers' preferences and report to Head.
