Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Head of Sales for their Network Solutions unit. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and providing training to enhance team capabilities. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in B2B sales with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within the IoT or Telecommunications sectors. Competitive salary starting from SGD 6,500 with bonus potential.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in B2B sales in IT or Networking Solutions.
- At least 2 years of leadership and managerial experience.
- Market knowledge in IoT and Telecommunications industries is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Ensure achievement of 100% of the sales plan.
- Design and execute training programs for the sales team.
- Maintain accuracy of internal systems and data.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to further sales success.
