Job summary

A floral and gifts company in Singapore is looking for a Client Sales Support Executive to assist with client follow-ups and order coordination during the busy Lunar New Year period. The successful candidate will communicate with clients to understand their requirements and support the sales process. We are hiring a friendly and organised Client Sales Support Executive to assist with client follow-ups and order coordination during the Lunar New Year period.

This role mainly involves contacting existing clients to understand their Lunar New Year requirements and supporting the sales process. No cold calling is involved.

Job Responsibilities
  • Call existing clients to follow up on Lunar New Year orders and related requirements
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Lunar New Year hampers or gifting solutions
  • Assist with order confirmations and basic coordination tasks
  • Accurately update customer information and call records
  • Support the sales team during the festive peak period
Requirements
  • Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
  • Clear, polite, and professional communication skills
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is an advantage (training will be provided)
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for Lunar New Year client follow-ups
  • Well-organised, reliable, and able to work independently
