Job summary

A leading technical solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive proactive sales of service contracts. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Proactive Sales: Drive the proactive sales of Service Contracts via phone and electronic media to a defined list of dedicated target accounts.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute targeted telesales campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads and enquiries, prepare compelling quotations, and close orders effectively.
  • Customer Understanding: Understand customers’ needs and provide professional recommendations tailored to each client.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly call and sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our service offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Job Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
