Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Support to assist the Sales Team. You will communicate with clients professionally, prepare sales documents, and manage logistics for smooth operations. Ideal candidates should have GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels and strong skills in MS Excel and Word, along with excellent organizational abilities. This position offers a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of experience in admin/operations preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organization, detail orientation, and dependability.
Responsibilities
- Answer clients' calls and emails professionally.
- Prepare and process sales documents accurately.
- Support the Sales Team with project visuals and reports.
- Liaise with logistics partners for order fulfillment.
- Participate in various projects to aid team progress.
Skills
Education
- Be the go-to person for clients, answering calls and emails with a helpful and professional touch
- Prepare and process sales documents—quotes, orders, and delivery notes—accurately and on time
- Support the Sales Team by checking layouts, visuals, and reports for upcoming projects
- Liaise with logistics partners to make sure every order and installation runs smoothly
- Jump in on exciting projects and tasks that keep the team moving forward
- At least GCE “N” / “O” Levels or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ experience in admin/operations (an advantage, but not a must!)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with both colleagues and clients
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
