A student care service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Academic Consultant to join their team. The role involves providing admissions counselling services to prospective students and parents, conceptualising business development ideas, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should hold a Master's Degree and possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with prior experience in the education industry being advantageous. This position supports students from China and engages their families with comprehensive performance reports.
ILC was established in 2013, is a boutique student care Company, taking care of students from China for their Secondary and Tertiary Education in Singapore.
ILC is committed to help its student to excel in education and also life skills.
ILC handles a wide range of student services include school selection, pre‑enrolment preparation, enrolment and guardianship, monitoring student progress, arranging short practical workshops, as well as consultation and tuition services.
We are looking for an Senior Academic Consultant to join our current team to delivery of our services and managing the students.
The post holder will have extensive experience of working with students from China, comfortable with student, and liaising with their parents, providing monthly progress report of the student.
