Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to manage enquiries via multiple platforms and coordinate internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess GCE 'O' Level or equivalent, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service is a plus. Job Scope


  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or online platforms

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services or products

  • Process customer orders, invoices, and delivery arrangements

  • Maintain and update customer records and service reports

  • Assist in preparing quotations, billing, and other administrative tasks

  • Follow up on outstanding issues and provide timely updates to customers

  • Support sales or operations team with documentation and coordination work

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality


Requirements


  • GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent
