- 1. Customer Relations: Open new customer outlets and service existing ones for both new and recurring orders.
- 2. Sales Development: Develop and maximize sales with customers by building strong rapport and maintaining professional business relationships.
- 3. Product Distribution: Ensure efficient distribution of products to customers, optimizing performance.
- 4. Payment Management: Remind and collect outstanding payments/bills when necessary.
- 5. Sales Performance Reporting: Generate general reports on sales performance within your portfolio, providing insights to the company.
- 6. Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake ad-hoc duties as per customer or management requests.
- 7. Growth Strategies: Develop growth strategies and business acquisition plans to increase the client base, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- 8. Market Analysis: Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with KPIs.
- 9. Marketing Coordination: Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, delegating tasks that align with strategic goals.
- 10. Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with brand owners.
