Role Purpose:

Financial analysis with focus on global sales controlling and reporting. Provide analysis of financial information to ensure accurate internal and external reporting and to facilitate management decision-making.

Major Accountabilities:

• Prepare and report monthly sales and orders for the complete Pepperl+Fuchs group
• Monitor the performance of the sales function and sales entities and the respective key performance indicators
• Review, analyze and interpret the financial statements of the subsidiaries of Pepperl+Fuchs in Asia. Coordinate corporate inquiries and corrections with local Finance team
• Coordinate and prepare the processes and templates for the quarterly forecasts and yearly budget for the sales function of all business divisions worldwide
• Develop and create new analysis reports to identify opportunities and risks to meet operational and financial targets
• Provide training and first level support to business partners for all questions regarding standard sales reports
• Prepare, provide and support the improvement of the reporting of sales key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders // standardization and automation
• Support of controlling and financial projects
• Fast, flexible and effective solutions to ad-hoc business needs will be an additional challenge

Role Requirements:

• At least Bachelors degree in finance, business administration or equivalent
• Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken)
• Experience and/or strong interest in the field of analysis or financial controlling. (This includes data collecting, processing and consolidating financial and controlling data)
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel is essential
• Hands-on experience in Infor MIS applications, Tableau reporting software or Alteryx data preparation would be advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate issues
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate well with all levels and across organization boundaries (both functional and regional)
• Self-motivated and with great initiative
• Work actively & effectively with the international team across the world
