About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, driven, and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to grow our beverage business across Singapore. This role requires someone who LOVES sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to win new accounts while expanding existing customer relationships.

If you enjoy both hunting for new business and farming existing clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development (hunter) to expand market share

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts (farmer) to increase repeat sales

  • Actively seek and close opportunities in F&B, retail, distributors, and corporate clients

  • Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and revenue opportunities

  • Conduct product presentations, sampling sessions, and on-site visits

  • Track KPIs, pipeline, and sales activities to meet monthly targets

  • Work closely with marketing and operations to support customer needs

  • Deliver strong customer service and maintain long-term relationships

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in beverages, FMCG, food service, or distribution

  • Strong hunter mentality — proactive, persuasive, and fearless in approaching new leads

  • Strong farmer mentality — able to build trust, retain clients, and drive upsell

  • Hungry, self-motivated, and results-driven

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity sales environment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills

  • Possesses own transport (advantage, not compulsory)
