About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, driven, and tech-savvy LMS Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing EdTech team. You will play a key role in expanding the adoption of our Learning Management System (LMS) across schools, training organisations, and corporate clients. This role suits someone who enjoys solution selling, understands education technology, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients including schools, training centres, government agencies, and corporate learning departments.
- Conduct sales presentations, demos, and product walkthroughs to showcase LMS features and benefits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (school leaders, training managers, ICT HODs, learning & development managers).
- Maintain regular engagement to understand evolving needs and recommend suitable LMS solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding and initial implementation phases.
3. Product Expertise & Consultation
- Develop a deep understanding of the LMS platform, including modules, analytics, integrations, and user workflows.
- Provide consultative guidance to help clients digitise their teaching, training, assessment, and tracking processes.
- Gather client feedback and work with the product team to improve features and user experience.
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipelines using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports and forecasts for management.
- Monitor competitor trends and market shifts in the EdTech and LMS space.
5. Events & Outreach
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, school events, education fairs, and industry networking sessions.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and product demos for potential and existing clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, ICT, or related fields.
- Experience in LMS/EdTech/SaaS sales or school engagement is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to understand and explain software features.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in teams.
- Passion for education, digital learning, and improving teaching/learning experiences.
Good-to-Have
- Experience working with MOE and/or International schools or training organisations.
- Familiarity with SLS, LMS platforms, or education digitalisation trends.
- Ability to run product training or onboarding workshops for educators.
