About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Sales &Marketing Executive to help expand our cleaning and facility servicesbusiness. You will drive revenue growth by securing new contracts,strengthening customer relationships, and supporting market expansioninitiatives.
This role works closely with the Admin & HR Executivefor quotations, proposals, and documentation, and with the OperationsExecutive to ensure operational feasibility, accurate manpower planning,and smooth onboarding of new clients.
You play a key role in driving business growth whileensuring customers receive reliable and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management (Revenue Generation)
- Acquire and grow new customer accounts across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Track and analyse monthly sales results to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights from sales data to support service expansion and pricing strategies.
- Work with Admin & HR Executive on quotations, proposals, contracts, and billing matters.
- Coordinate with Operations Executive on manpower availability, site assessments, and service feasibility.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and payment follow-up.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, digital channels, and industry engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Support management in planning marketing campaigns, presentations, and outreach materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- With Admin & HR Executive: Provide sales inputs; Admin prepares proposals, contracts, and internal documentation.
- With Operations Executive: Arrange site visits, validate operational requirements, and ensure successful service rollouts.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, orcleaning/facilities services preferred.
- Strong communication and client-servicing skills.
- Proactive,adaptive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Willing to travel for site visits and customer meetings.
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am-6pm
