Job summary

A leading solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional responsible for outbound calls related to Lifescience products. This role involves creating sales proposals, supporting the sales team with timely quotations, and managing the sales administration process. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Sales or Business Administration and proven experience in inside sales. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential to excel in this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an inside sales in Lifescience products.
  • Hands on experience with CRM & ERP software and MS Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create sales proposals to meet customer's expectations.
  • Support sales team with timely quotations.
  • Handle inter-company quotations.
  • Ensure business unit achieves desired gross profit and track sales targets.
  • Manage sales administration process and implement improvements.
