Job summary
A property consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking self-driven individuals for a flexible, commission-based role in property marketing and sales. Ideal candidates will promote residential and commercial properties, source potential buyers or tenants, and reach out to clients. Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude are essential. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, although a Real Estate Salesperson licence is not necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in property, sales, or marketing is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Promote residential and commercial properties through various channels.
- Source buyers or tenants and handle initial inquiries.
Skills
We are seeking motivated and self-driven individuals to support our property marketing and sales activities. This role is suitable for individuals who are interested in the real estate industry and are comfortable working on a flexible, performance-based arrangement. everyone is welcome
- Promote residential and/or commercial property listings through online and offline channels on behalf of licensed agent
- Source potential buyers or tenants and handle initial enquiries, then refer to licensed agent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable with commission-based remuneration
- Prior experience in property, sales, or marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Singapore property market is a plus
- Real Estate Salesperson (RES) licence is not necessary
