THE ROLE:

As part of the Clarins Beauty Advisor Team, you act as our Brand Ambassador in promoting the brand’s skincare products to our customers, execute treatment and advises to customer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Promote our brand’s skincare products over the counter
• Be part of the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high level of service excellence in retail touchpoints
• Perform skincare consultation and product demonstration over the counter to customers
• Execution of treatment to customers
• Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service
• Uphold and enhance customer experience through excellent merchandising standards and presentation
• Actively provide ideas to drive instore engagement, cross-brand collaboration and retail-tainment to attract and engage customers.
• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions

YOU ARE:

• Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset
• Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

YOU HAVE:

• 2 years’ work experience in spa environment
• Proven record at attaining and exceeding sales targets
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, driven & possess initiative
• Willing to work retail hours (shift work, weekends and public holidays)
• Passionate about the beauty and service industry
