A technology consulting company based in Singapore is searching for a Business Development Manager to spearhead new business growth. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, generate leads, and secure partnerships while building strong relationships across sectors. Requirements include at least 8 years of relevant experience in business development and partnership management within the technology/software industry. Job Description:

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving new business growth in the Company. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and securing new accounts. It focuses on expanding the Company based through proactive efforts and building relationships with clients and businesses, as well as provides leadership to the business development team.

Resbonsibilities:
  • Responsible in developing and executing a partnership and channel strategy aligned with the company’s objectives as well as Serve as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • In charge of building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, vendors and channels, ensuring successful collaboration.
  • In Charge of providing training, support, and resources to enable partners to effectively sell and support the company’s products.
  • Taking charge of setting and monitoring performance metrics for partnership and channel activities, including revenue targets, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.
  • Developing and managing a channel program to drive sales through partners and resellers, particularly in China, Taiwan, Japan, Malaysia and other regions.
  • Generate new business opportunities locally and internationally to fuel sales pipeline for our Company. Frequent long overseas trips will be frequent with short notice.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives as well as collaborate with the product development team to drive consumer’s experiences enhancement and improvements.
  • Responsible for setting and monitoring performance metrics for partnership and channel activities, including revenue targets, market penetration, and partner satisfaction.
  • Represent local and overseas industry events, conferences, and meetings with international key partners.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education relevant disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experiences in business development, partnership, and channel in the Technology/software industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skill to connect with international clients.
  • Regional experiences is preferred.
  • High energy, go-getter and positive attitude.
